Can I cancel an investment?
Yes, you can cancel your investment commitment anytime up to 48 hours before the offering deadline, which is shown near the top of the campaign page.
If there’s a significant change (known as a “material change”) in the offering after you commit to invest but before the campaign closes, you will be notified so you can determine if the investment continues to be a good fit for you. Once you receive a notice from the Startup regarding a material change, you have 5 days to reconfirm your investment commitment; otherwise, it is canceled and refunded to your original method of payment.
