Can Startups ("Issuers") use more than one crowdfunding portal?
Each crowdfunding round must be conducted through a single crowdfunding portal, per SEC rules.
This website (the "Site") is owned by Fundify, Inc. (“Fundify”) and sections of the Site are used by Fundify Portal, LLC (“Fundify Portal”).
