How can I substantiate information a Startup posts on Fundify?
Startups raising money on Fundify must submit detailed business information to the SEC via a document called a “Form C.” A link to each Startup's Form C is provided on their crowdfunding campaign page (“offering page”) on Fundify. We encourage you to review the detailed information and disclosures in a Startup’s Form C.
To further substantiate and verify information about a Startup, you can also research the company online, including its industry, market, messaging, value proposition and the leadership team. Following the Founders on social media (outside of the Fundify platform) may be another way to gain further insight and follow a company’s progress.
