What will I get when I invest?
You will receive an electronic confirmation of your investment commitment as soon as you click “Invest.”
Once the funding campaign closes, you will receive a confirmation of the investment transaction details, including the number of shares of equity you have purchased.
There are no hard-copy documents to share. These are electronic only and may be tracked in your Fundify investment portfolio.
The Startup is required by law to update Investors annually (at least once, depending on circumstances), though they may communicate with Investors more regularly. More.
