How much can a campaign “Issuer” raise?
The cap for Reg CF campaigns – currently $5 million in a 12-month period – includes all of your Reg CF campaigns during the timeframe but excludes other types of fundraising, such as that from accredited investors or VCs outside of the campaign.[1]
You set any investment minimums for your campaign. Some Startups accept investments as small as $10; others may find it beneficial to start at a higher minimum. According to Crowdfund Capital Advisors, the average check size is $711.[2]
